Step 1 - Apply for financial assistance through Tempus at this website
Step 2 - If the cost of the Tempus genetic test is something you are interested in, then purchase this Lab Interpretation from Spectrum Awakening.
Step 3 - After purchasing this Lab Interpretation from Spectrum Awakening, you will be sent a saliva collection test kit from Tempus labs. Follow instructions included in the kit and return to Tempus labs. When your results are ready, you will receive those lab results and a written interpretation from Dr. Skowron
Step 4 - There are TWO purchases for this test. One payment for the written interpretation through Spectrum Awakening, and one payment to Tempus for the test itself. This payment to Tempus can be completely covered by your health insurance. (the application from Step 1 will tell you your cost to Tempus labs).
